That's what you get with second hand information - aka relying on husband to get the correct information! I was mistaken, Jack is going under general anaesthetic tomorrow. I rang the hospital, we're going in for 7.30am and he is first on the surgery list. I mentioned his g-tube and the antibiotics, she thinks it will be ok to go ahead, but the doctor obviously makes the final decision.
Hopefully everything will go smoothly. If it gets cancelled, I should know almost as soon as I take him in. Since he'll be taken to theatre, I doubt I'll get to see how his foot currently looks. I'm assuming Tony got the part about it being a day case right and he won't be staying overnight ;-)
